49 Powering the Valkyrie is a state-of-the- art 6.5-litre V12 engine, developed in collaboration with Cosworth. This engine, adapted for racing, retains its road-going roots, yet delivers the high efficiency and durability required for long-distance endurance racing. With over 15,000 kilometres of testing under its belt, the Valkyrie has been finely tuned to handle the rigours of top-level competition. The driver line-up is equally impressive. For the WEC season, British drivers Harry Tincknell and Tom Gamble will share the #007 Valkyrie, while triple FIA GTWorld Champion Marco Sørensen and race winner Alex Riberas will helm the #009. Meanwhile, Ross Gunn and Roman de Angelis, both IMSA champions, will lead Aston Martin's charge in the IMSA GTP class.
