Bloc is a short-stay hotel designed around a radically simple idea, to give our guests the very best of everything needed to sleep, shower and step out fresh into a new day, ready for anything, right at the heart of the action.
Technology is at the heart of who we are. Our industry-first Smart Room Control technology allows guests to check-in, unlock their room and customise their stay from their own device - all without the need to download any app.

The recruitment process.
For the majority of positions, each candidate will go through a simple 3-stage process.
1. Review. We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria. |
2. Interview. We conduct face-to-face interviews to get to know you better. |
3. Offer. We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role. |
